Procedure to become LIC Agent

  • Minimum qualification required is HSC (12th pass) or higher.
  • Completion of 25 hours of mandatory training is needed, either classroom (around 10 days) or online.
  • ₹250 is charged for online training, while classroom training is free.
  • Candidates must pass the IRDA examination to obtain the license.
  • ₹150 is charged as a registration fee.
  • ₹350 is applicable as the IRDA exam fee.
